a short movie about the thread of time. Ever subtle on your skin. Full of memories and free of spirit. Your mind consumed in daydreaming. No ticking sound of the ever ticking clock. Just you and your thoughts in liberty. Minutes become moments and moments last an eternity. The time continuum disappears as we get lost in the eternity of that moment.
What happens when the growing and consuming skin covers your body as you feel you are all of a sudden unable to catch a breath. What happens if it leaves us with only a ticking sound of your life spend in front of the most expressionless face on earth, namely the timepiece

Artist statement
Mijn focus ligt bij tijd, taal en tactiliteit. Vanuit mijn fascinatie voor handen werk ik graag zo dicht mogelijk bij de materialen.
Ambitions
Mijn ambities zijn om samen met verschillende doelgroepen workshops/activiteiten te gaan ondernemen. Daarnaast ook mijn eigen kunstenaarschap verder te ontwikkelen. Hier ontstaat voor mij een interval wat mij waardevol lijkt.
Learned during the studies
Tijdens mijn studie ben ik op zoek geweest naar de regels van design en autonome kunst. Hier heb ik geleerd dat ik de regels zelf mag bepalen en dat ik veel meer mag zijn dan 1 rol.
